Thai Bodywork & Nervous System Support
A hands-on, grounding experience to support your body, mind, and spirit. These sessions blend assisted stretching, acupressure, intuitive energy work, breath, and mindful touch to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom.
To support your integration and gentle return to the day, you'll receive a grounding herbal tea — a soothing blend of earth-rooted plants to calm the nervous system, refresh the body, and help you stay present as you transition out of the session.

Virtual Intuitive Reading and Energy Healing
Let’s see, read and heal your energy. Sessions start with a conversation and energetic look at your body, emotional bodies, subtle energy field, and more to see what’s unfolding or stuck in your space. I’ll reflect what energy, emotions, memories, parts, blockages and gifts that are present to be seen, felt, held and met. We shift energy into your own “awareness” and move through a process of meeting, spaceholding and clearing what’s there for you. Sessions combine intuitive reading, systemic constellations, energy healing, and parts work.
I treat all my private sessions as a sacred ceremony, I always encourage creating a sacred space for yourself during our time together. I recommend lighting a candle, communing with cacao or a favorite herbal tea, and holding an intention for our time together. This allows for our time together to be as insightful as it can be!
